2. About Freight Bridge Global
Freight Bridge Global is an Armenia-based logistics coordination company helping businesses organize freight, shipping, warehousing, cargo preparation, e-commerce logistics, documentation, commercial delivery, and related services through trusted partners.
Our primary logistics network connects:
- The United States
- Armenia
- China
- Other international markets where partner services are available
Freight Bridge Global may coordinate different stages of a shipment, but the individual transportation, brokerage, warehousing, customs, insurance, delivery, or regulated service may be performed by an independent third-party provider.
3. Partner-Based Service Model
Freight Bridge Global operates through a network that may include:
- Licensed freight brokers
- Authorized motor carriers
- Freight forwarders
- Ocean and air freight providers
- Warehouses
- Drayage providers
- Courier and express providers
- Customs brokers
- Import and export professionals
- Fulfillment centers
- Amazon FBA preparation providers
- 3PL providers
- Local delivery companies
- Licensed insurance professionals
- Other logistics and professional service providers
The provider responsible for a particular service depends on:
- Shipment origin
- Shipment destination
- Cargo type
- Equipment requirements
- Transportation mode
- Provider availability
- Regulatory requirements
- Confirmed service scope
- The written quote or agreement
Unless expressly stated in writing, Freight Bridge Global does not represent that every service is performed directly by Freight Bridge Global.
4. US Freight Brokerage and Transportation
US ground freight may be coordinated through appropriately authorized freight brokers, motor carriers, agents, or other transportation partners.
Under FMCSA rules, a broker arranges transportation by an authorized motor carrier, while the motor carrier physically transports the property. Broker activities are regulated separately from motor-carrier operations.
Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing:
- Freight Bridge Global does not itself operate the motor vehicle
- Freight Bridge Global does not employ the driver
- Freight Bridge Global does not own the carrier’s equipment
- Freight Bridge Global does not control the driver’s daily operations
- Freight Bridge Global does not guarantee a specific carrier or vehicle
- Transportation is performed by the carrier identified in the applicable shipment documents
Regulated US brokerage services may be performed through or on behalf of an appropriately authorized brokerage partner.
The applicable quote, rate confirmation, bill of lading, or service agreement should identify the responsible service provider.
5. International Freight Services
International shipping may involve several independent providers and transportation stages.
These may include:
- Supplier pickup
- Origin warehousing
- Cargo consolidation
- Export preparation
- Air freight
- Ocean freight
- Express or courier service
- Port or airport handling
- Customs handoff
- Destination warehousing
- Inland transportation
- Final commercial delivery
Freight Bridge Global may help coordinate these stages but does not guarantee that one provider will perform the complete route.
The customer may enter into separate contractual relationships with:
- Freight forwarders
- Carriers
- Warehouses
- Customs professionals
- Insurance providers
- Local delivery companies
- Other service providers
Each provider may apply its own:
- Service terms
- Liability limitations
- Claims procedures
- Storage rules
- Cancellation rules
- Documentation requirements
- Payment requirements
6. Customs Brokerage and Customs Advice
Freight Bridge Global is not a customs broker unless expressly disclosed through a separate authorized service arrangement.
Customs brokerage and customs business must be performed by appropriately qualified or licensed customs professionals where required. In the United States, CBP licenses customs brokers to assist importers and exporters with Federal import and export requirements.
Freight Bridge Global may help:
- Organize shipment information
- Collect available commercial documents
- Communicate with a customs professional
- Coordinate document handoff
- Arrange warehouse or carrier communication

Insurance services may include inquiries related to:
- Commercial automobile insurance
- Motor truck cargo coverage
- Physical damage coverage
- General liability

- Other business coverage
Freight Bridge Global does not:
- Guarantee insurance approval
- Underwrite insurance
- Bind coverage
- Issue policies
- Determine premiums
- Set policy terms
- Decide eligibility
- Provide legal insurance advice
- Guarantee that a particular risk will be accepted
Insurance coverage, pricing, underwriting, exclusions, deductibles, policy limits, and eligibility are determined exclusively by the applicable licensed insurance professional and insurer.
California provides public tools for checking whether an insurance agent or broker is licensed for the applicable line of insurance.
A request for an insurance referral does not create insurance coverage.
Coverage exists only after the applicable insurer or licensed professional confirms that coverage has been bound.
